The fact that if anything goes wrong with the game at all, it is protected and will be replaced is very reassuring. My son is autistic and this is his favorite, it would be devastating if I was unable to afford a new one at the time anything happened

The monthly Best Protection is a great item to have when you have multiple items. Especially, when the need arises for an item issue and id that it can't be fixed. However, it is covered to be replaced. A Happy Customer!

Best Buy Total Tech is a good thing to have for all your tech needs. I have had to use them several times over the year. It is worth the money because they can help with your computer needs through remote access. There are to many benefits to go over, but I know I want to keep Total Tech for all of our tech needs here at home.
