Overall a good investment for any family members and

ITs worth buying if you buy mostly from bestbuy. i like it, but some of the Geek Sqad agent doesn't help , they try to say no for old computer to fix and doesn't take gaurantee if screen breaks or cracks

Being a Best Buy Total Member has it's benefits. I receive two year protection from products I purchase. There is an additional repair fee that did not exist when I first joined, but is worth it considering what the product will cost upfront.

If you purchase a lot of items at Best Buy, this is a no brainer. All your purchsses come with 2 year warranty, as long as you keeo purchasing the membership. Going on the 2nd year now and cannot complain.
