Service was great and TV is beautiful! They did a great job installing. Definitely get the protection though. My last TV was a 70" Samsung and it went out a month after the warranty

I have used the Total Tech Geek Squad several times this year. The staff was very effective and efficient in solving all my computing problems.

I have used it once. I went into the store to help me clean up unwanted Apps so my system can run faster. Also, any problems you may have they may be able to troubleshoot it over the phone.

I like the employees they help me to get what I need very quickly and they answer all my questions that I need to know about how to use my computer
