This plan has kept my computer and cell phone and any other products I have gotten from Best Buy working well. I have been able to get the help I need. My only complaint is the AI call system. The on line requesting system does not always give you the option you need for what you need help with and I have had to call back before, because it boxes me into nowhere.

I've had a profound experience with the Beaumont tx store . The manager Daniel save my respect for best buy . He allowed me to be personally taken care of when the geek squad couldn't and wouldn't try to assist me. The manager Daniel was a person who allowed me to forget that I had to travel one hour plus to get a minute problem taken care of.

I truly haven’t had any problems that’s I had to use my protection plan but I’m glad I have it though

I wouldn’t be without it. I have had numerous questions/problems addressed by geek squad. Also had my iPhone screen saver replaced at no charge. Excellent service for the price.

Always get the protection, you never know when you will need it

One of the staff recommended the Total Protection plan and showed me how much more it would cost if I got coverage for each item separately. It adds up fast! If you shop at Best Buy often, I’d definitely recommend getting Total Protection. Yeah, $189 sounds like a lot at first, but honestly, it’s way cheaper than buying separate insurance for all your electronics and devices.

BestBuy protection is very much worth it. Great customer service experience.
