    Can't beat free protection. What else can I say? It is something you hope you never need but are glad you have it if you do.

    I've already used to have the Geek Squad rep come to my house to resolve some. He arrived on time, and was able to explain a few things to me, also connected my external hard drive, and scheduled the automatic backup.

    It's nice to know that the TV will be protected for an extended period of time. I hope that I'll never need to contact Best Buy for any defects or other issues, but just in case, it's nice to have the extra protection.
