Having peace of mind with this protection is amazing!

Decent sounding headphones and better mic than most. Yet NOT fully compatible like the cheaper Sony Pulse headsets with the PS5. Only the Pulse gets the EQ. Though they do get 3d surround “alledgedly”. Other than this they work well and have the bluetooth option that can get a lil crossed when chatting in game and a call comes in. Yet still manageable. My biggest complaints are the PS5 functionality/integration, no battery indicator on headphones and the NON removeable ear cups that absorb all the sweat, spills etc. For the likes the mic is great and easy to mute, sound balance is not bad (though would love to tweak the treble for footsteps etc.), comfortable for my long gaming sessions, the battery life and the fact they work plugged in to power as well all make these decent headphones fir any gaming situation but have left me wanting to look into the cheaper pulse option. Even with all the buttons, bad mic and battery. Idk. -Cannivent

I renew this protection yearly. I can call anytime with problems with any electronic product. Although so far I use it for my laptop. Which to me is worth the money I pay for help when I need it. Also I can get regular tune-ups which is nice.

I had to take my computer back to Best Buy Geek Squad to get set up and add Microsoft Student and Webroot loaded (not as self explanatory as I believed them to be). I'm glad I got the membership so I can take it in when I need to.

It is an extra protection layer for some unfortunate events that can cause grief but then a relief when you know you will have your product repaired or replaced.

I try to purchase one of these protection plans on every device I get through Best Buy. Mine has come in handy more than once.
