A lot of times insurance is a scam. However, the Best Buy Total protect is my favorite and best subscription on the plant. And def not a scam. I have two boys and a love for tech so my house has about $7000 in covered purchases from Best Buy. I’ve had to replace or repair 3 times since 2023 and the ease and service every time were nothing short of phenomenal. I will continue to buy my tech and appliances from Best Buy. I also recommend it to everyone.

Absolutely amazing service, professionalism beyond words. Thanks actually came back and adjusted it twice and did some extra work to make it look even nicer as they mounted the outside TV. Three mounted TVs inside our house look wonderful. Perfectly positioned can’t say much more about how courteous, friendly, And punctual these guys are. Best investment I’ve made!

I suggest this because ultimately it covers breaks and so forth on products and really saved me in the long run on my TV.

Get the protection on your electronics it will help you out if anything goes wrong with them. It may cost a penny but it works.

Geek squad can help with basic tasks. If you have major computer problems they are horrible. I had such a bad experience with a product. They couldn’t figure out the issue of my laptop so I had to pay money to get it sent out to there warehouse. Thats fine but I got a call from them only a few days to a week after saying they couldn’t do anything. When I asked for an explanation the written reason stated (Parts not available)… what parts? I spoke to the Best Buy center, I spoke to the online services multiple times and no one could give me that answer. I was directed to speak to the warehouse that did the “fix” and it was all just circular. Call here, no call there. I actually ended up doing research for a week and figured it out myself. The cost of the fix was the price of their shipping to the warehouse. They did not help at all. So get this for minor issues with software but they won’t touch any hardware issues due to the current shortages, or they are just don’t want to.

Very fast delivery they provided of specific delivery spot since it was a pretty small package.

The product itself works well and lasts a long time. The warranty is confusing and was not helpful when needed. I just wanted to replace a key. Factory and Best Buy cover the same time period of 24 months.

Excellent keyboard and the perfect size for traveling

I bought these for my twins and they absolutely loved it! They had been listening to their online books, music, and videos out loud in the house (driving me insane lol) they love these headphones! It actually is somewhat noise-cancelling as every time I speak to them with these on, no response from them. Perfect for young teens!

my son wanted a gaming laptop and i kknew the best place to look for advice and the best price advice and loyalty to it's customers best-buy was my go to and always will be. i'am a total tech member and credit card holder. that's the trust and loyalty i have in bestbuy. best buy offers so much more if you dive into there website. you can always expect the besy buy, however you get so much more, service advice, and skilled technicians , sales and they always make you feel at home .

Absolute masterpiece of a game. This is a must-play if you love horror games.

I have only used Xbox controllers to play games. But this, and for the price, is superb. It does take some time to get used to it since its more responsive than other controllers and the start button is in a different place. Once that happens, its great and who doesn't like some lighting on it?
