So far have not used except the discounts I get for using their products and techs to help better my computer and TV usage.

Delivery and Mounting would have cost more than the Service agreement. Done!

I'm extremely disappointed that BB significantly raised the cost for this service to include household appliances. I don't need this. My appliances already have other and much better coverage so this is useless to me and a waste of money. Will be exploring other services.
