    Not happy with this. My other laptop quit working and that protection should have covered it but the guys at Geek Squad said it was too old and that was the laptop I bought when I took this protection plan out on it, so I ended up paying for a new laptop.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    This protection is definitely worth investing in since I purchased a new laptop, printer, and other accessories. It's great to have and the Best Buy staff have all been helpful.

    Total tech is great all my products gets coverage! and even if I don’t buy in store I can show up and get it on insurance, eeh total tech.

    Monthly Best Buy Protection covers many products that could get faulty after the manufacturer's warranty runs out. A necessary and valuable need.

    This computer was on sale but still on the high side of pricing. However, it is worth it. I really value the large screen and the touch screen that comes with the 2 in 1.
