I am so grateful I purchased the Monthly Best Buy Protection Plan. I bought Logitech Speakers and love them. But it was outside the return policy when I noticed something was not quite right about one of the wires that was not replaceable. They advised me I could not return them, until they saw I had the Protection Plan. It's worth every penny. Thank you.

Logitech is a brand name I can trust. My 8 year old Grandson unpacked and set up the wireless keyboard and mouse with ease. The product worked exactly as it said and was easy to use. I highly recommend this product.

Total Tech is the bomb, pay 1 price a year and all of my bought items are covered for 24 months, if paid by each item I would not be able to afford it. Because I buy so much I have many items and on some occasions bad item and very easy to get it exchanged, fixed or returned, best program I’ve seen. Tip is that got to keep the membership each year to keep all protected.

Xbox is the best game system made and with Best Buy protection, if anything ever goes wrong, you're covered. I once had a problem with an item, and I walked into the store and showed them, and they simply flat-out replaced it, no questions asked, and I walked out of the store with a brand new replacement device. Best service I've ever received at ANY store

I absolutely love this program of fixing, replacing, free installation, free deliver, free mounting! It's a must have. I absolutely love it! Microwaves, TV's, washers and dryers were all delivered with free installation and haul away! TV's fixed or replaced! Larger TVs get at home repair service but it's difficult scheduling it online.

Every time you buy an electronic device, it's a good idea to get a protection plan. My son had a gaming laptop computer for college. Sure enough, he dropped it and cracked the laptop's body, but since we purchased the plan, no worries—it will be fixed at no charge!!! GREAT INVESTMENT to protect your assets

Bought WD-BLACK SN850P 1TB Internal SSD with Heatsink (picture of product installed below) from Best Buy for my PS5 to add additional room for PS5 games so I no longer need to delete games if more room is needed.
