I am have been very happy with their service when u buy the protection plan and usually good if allowed up to 5 years..I bought an electric stove for my mom…yes it’s worth the investment during the 5 years she own it We have had to replace the heating element atleast 3 times..it happens it’s an electric stove the element break down and wear out there is nothing u can do except replace them I made it a mission to make sure I included the protection plan and since she live in MA and I in MI it was hard enough taking care of the problem getting it fix and Best Buy has been good except one time where the guys had to come out 3 times for the same problem but overall she is happy and the fix eventually got fix and no extra charge …I am sure a repair guy would have charge me more than what I paid ..no much a choice when I live so far but it’s work out for me
