I have only used the geek squad once but it saved me a little more than It cost. I have multiple items I can use the geek squad for so this is worth it to me. I would recommend to a friend.

Best Buy has the best protection plans hands down I won't shop anywhere else.

Cool controller but the joysticks started to stick after about 8 months of using. Took it to Best Buy since I had the warranty but they wouldn’t let me exchange it for a new one. I got the controller in December & used Best Buy rewards so I only paid about $30 out of pocket. They issued me store credit & told me I would have to buy a new one for $60 & that the additional $30 from my rewards were lost & I couldn’t get them back. A little ridiculous but I guess I’ll wait to buy a new one when they go on sale.

I am a habitual extended warranty purchaser. Luckily I Haven’t had to use the total protection yet, but having it available as part of my membership is great for someone like me and gives me peace of mind.

Great option just too expensive to renew. But I love the idea of it.

I have subscribed to Best Buy’s coverage for nearly 3 years. The Plan has saved me more money than I’ve invested in it. Having Geek Squad install an audiovideo system in the living room would have cost almost double my annual Plan cost.

Great program for awesome products! Our grandson LoVes his new headset, game player and games. Wireless products are perfect for active kids. The staff in Odessa was very helpful and the manager was amazing—she helped make it an even better experience!
