It works very well for me, and they replace anything that breaks . Best Buy replacement parts and repairs have worked well for me. I've had a few things break during the warranty period, and Best Buy has quickly replaced them with new ones. Plus, if something breaks after the warranty period, they'll still replace it. You can't go wrong with Best Buy.
