    Bought these as a gift for my partner and he loved them until they stopped working last week. The left bud has been in and out, it also has not been charging consistently for about three weeks. And then last week, case or buds stopped charging all together. In all fairness, we are all day earbud peeps but I figured a pair of JBLs would’ve held up a tad better. We did purchase protection so, hopefully they will be replaced.

    Best Buy Protection Plan is a nice package to have if you have multiple products purchased from Best Buy. Any issues, they send their technicians to help you set up and/or correct the problem
