Well worth the cost. I'd highly recommend purchasing the protection plans on all tech purchases.

This program is unique and the Company dtands by their word which so i,portant in this day and time.

I signed up for the monthly protection plan at Best Buy and it’s been great. It covers accidental damage and repairs, so I don’t have to worry about my devices breaking. The service is easy to use, and I feel confident knowing my purchases are protected. It’s a small price to pay for peace of mind.

Do it! Its a great plan for your security .. i need warraty 2 or 3 times and dont have any problem its a best descision

I actually have best buy total tech that I purchased I renewed in December/January. I have it because of a large T.V. we have and I don't want to have to take it off the wall to have it worked on. Because of this I believe I get perks like this. I get protection on a lot of other electronics I purchase at Best Buy which I didn't realize until now. I do believe there is a small fee if something like the mouse I just purchased breaks, but I am not sure. At least I won't have to pay full price. You would have to decide if Best Buy Total Tech is right for you. As I said in the beginning the big reason I have it is because of my T.V. Also, I was able to use the geek squad to change out a hard drive in my lap top at no charge because I had total tech. Normally I would have had to do that myself and it saved me time because of my schedule right now.

Highly recommend. Had computer issues and they resolved it. Nice having all electronics from BB covered. Geek squad helped a few times trying to get my computer working again. In the end hard drive crashes had to Replace it from 11 years ago
