Everytime i call to get someone to come to my house to see about getting my dryer fixed, I get the run a around. Still not fixed.,Blows lent everywhere.

The only drawback is the deduction hence the four stars.

Happy with my protection plan that's included with my paid membership, although I would rather have the option to purchase protection instead of paying an annual fee. Beware, if you should cancel your membership before the two years are up, you loose your protection.
