Good option to have. Had some equipment breakdowns, the coverage helped out.

It’s not enough that they get you for $70 for a game now you can’t do much with the game until you buy a subscription. Totally not worth it.

I purchased a LG C5 OLED in August 2025. It stopped working in January 2026. I pay for the technology membership program. Best But told me it’s still covered under LG’s factory warranty and referred me to them. LG stated they do not have a technician in my area despite living in a major US city. Best Buy refused to give me an exchange or refund. I’m stuck with a non-working expensive TV and a membership program that isn’t worth snot.

Was pleased when I purchased but learning it now includes only Warranties, not Geek Squad, not so much. Will make decision about renewing when time comes. Also, only one person on floor our last visit. Are you trying to put yourself out of Business? There are non tech savvy customers who need to be walked through purchases.

I'm hoping this is all that they make it out to be at the store!

Best buy offers the one of the best warranty programs. They are fair.

Good insurance to have for today's technology products that are expensive to purchase and repair.

Protection plan i would say is definately a must! Protect your purchases and easy your mind.

You need these type of service contracts today with the issues with computer systems
