    Not worth the paper it's printed on. I have to argue with managers to get anything replaced or fixed. Total protection is total garbage I have never been able to get anything fixed by Best Buy or the product company with it.

    great for most devices - like headphones usually have a maximum 2 year warranty anyway, this is a great hassle free way to insure any device I buy as a total tech member is guaranteed to keep working, or I get the value as store credit to get a replacement, or anything else in the store! (I do have a complaint that items with a longer warranty available require me to go to the store to cancel this warranty and pay for the longer warranty, I wish I could select the warranty I wanted, with the 2 year as the default as a total tech member)
