    Had a PC hard drive get corrupted. Geek Squad in store did a great job in replacing hard drive and saving all the data! Very satisfied! However, I also had an issue with networking my PCs in home. Call the help line at least 5 times. They never could resolve the problem. EXTREMELY disappointed. Was also dropped several times in handoffs on the call.

    The headphones start out good but degrade over time. Although they still work, one ear is harder to hear from than the other.
