The headphones start out good but degrade over time. Although they still work, one ear is harder to hear from than the other.

Decently loud speaker for the size, easy to pack as well. Battery life not as good.

I only purchase it on major purchases. It has saved me twice now which is why I keep purchasing it.

I am terribly disappointed from an experience I had with Best Buy total care regarding a controller for a Nintendo switch. The controller was broken and I took it into Best Buy. Get the geek squad, examined it and said that they would file a claim and I would have a new controller sent to my house. After over a month of not receiving a controller, I went back to the Best Buy store and inquired what was going on. They showed no record despite a message online that said the controller has been shipped to the location. They told me to call the total care 800 number which I did which resulted in a total fiasco as well. I talked to more than three people on three different occasions, the last of which resulted in two brand new switches being purchased in my name in charge to my account. Luckily, I discovered the purchases and was able to cancel the orders before my credit card was charged. Best Buy needs to get control over total care. I strongly am considering dropping total care as well as looking for another vendor. Well, I’ve had great experience with Best Buy for years, this experience is taking me over the edge with such a minor claim, resulting in a potential major catastrophe
