Better than nothing

Unfortunately for her, her pair did not last her 2 months. She and I heard a subtle and distorting echo sound. I loved the ability to drown out the other SEPTA passengers with the nosie-cancelling feature.

Best Buy Protection Plan is Misleading — DONT BUY

They sell it like you’re getting full coverage and hassle-free repairs, but when you actually need service, they find ways to deny real help. I bought a heavy, built-in KitchenAid ice maker. When it needed service, they told me I had to somehow bring a 100-pound installed appliance back to the store myself — even though it was professionally delivered and installed. They classify it as a “small appliance” just to avoid sending a technician. This is not what was promised when I bought the plan. It’s a waste of money. I will never buy a protection plan from Best Buy again and would strongly warn others to read every tiny detail before trusting them.

I am a 74y.o. disable veteran who purchased your product just for times like this. I am very upset about lost info, especially medical information!
