Good Product warranty. Although I wouldn't recommend this if you live away from a location due to if needing a product repair.

Good install from geek squad keep them working all year

BB asked for review - haven't had to use it, yet, so it's not possible to rate the service. But, the price was right, and it gives me some comfort that BB will stand behind the product for 2 years.

I don’t wish to have to use it but I went for laptop repair but was told the laptop is dead after many hours of technical support. Glad I did not trash the laptop, it switch back on itself with no issues. Another laptop screen got broken, they offered to send it away at my charge, screen my charge … really expensive, bought my screen, watch YouTube and replaced successfully.

It worked pretty well. My only complaint is that it randomly stopped turning on.

I like the 2 year coverage for larger appliance items that would require a service visit. I have had this now for a few years. The Return/ Trade-in policy used to be great, but today I was informed that now if your item is small and costly (Galaxy watch) and you have had it over a year, they will likley send it in for repair in lieu of replacing it. This could result in you being without your device for about a month. I would probably rather just buy a new one, making this plan usless since it is covered by the manufacturer for the first year.

I feel this is worthwhile for the very expensive items.

It decent package. The protection is good I guess sense I haven’t had to use it.

I think it's too pricy and not much help since I dont use the protection that much. I took my phone for repair and only got a $64 discount. I pay $200 annually, so it wasn't much help for me.

I purchased the Total Tech Membership in November 2022. In October 2023, I purchased a Nikon lens. Best Buy promptly cancelled my Total Tech Membership two hours after the Nikon lens was added to the policy. I had one month remaining on my Total Tech Membership (and I had already received an email, stating that my membership would be renewed by Best Buy). Best Buy refused to reinstate the Total Tech membership or to investigate how the cancellation occurred. After many phone calls, Best Buy customer service admitted that the cancellation occurred internally at their corporate headquarters. Best Buy refunded me $2.81 for the remaining term of my Total Tech membership. I have now spent far more reinstating my AppleCare policies. My Nikon lens is no longer covered by the Best Buy Protection, which is the subject of this review, due to Best Buy's prompt cancellation two hours after purchase.

Ok controller. Only thing is it disconnects randomly so it can get in the way ..

I really don’t care for the plan. The new rule is now you have to pay $29 for service. If you have Apple Care+ which only two years. I really don’t use it.

Have mixed feedback, it all depends on the guys coming for delivery or installation , each one acts their own way. Some are great but some are worst, very ride
