I have kids who lose and destroy things constantly, so protection plans are a must. Nothing to spectacular, but worth the expense.

They tell you that your item will be covered, however we had to use the manufacturers warranty first. I specifically asked our sales rep that question and he said that we wouldn't have to, because it was "Totaltech"

One side of headphone stoped working Had warranty on them abd still got charged 9 dollars for using my warranty

This plan used to be great. However, they changed it and now it seems there are more and more fees and limitations. I really don't think I will keep it past this year. It stinks because I have at times spent more money on products from Best Buy than getting them on Amazon simply feeling secure that they will be covered. Now they charge me every time a product breaks and I have to exchange it, they charge large service fees, they limit my replacement options.

I got sucked into this thinking I would be fully protected for the time frame I chose, but I was sadly mistaken.

totaltech is the best thing since sliced bread! no, seriously…… this can be a bit pricey when starting off, but I have at least 6 apple devices and all other tech items purchased through bestbuy and have had to warranty about 3-4 different things including my iphone. saves me money and gives me access to great deals! win win

I am not a fan of the purchase price on this protection plan. I don’t like that you have to repurchase this yearly. I think it’s too spendy, but it’s nice that some items are cover under this plan.

I bought the scooter insurance nerve cover Because I need to contact the factory, the factory never covered either

not like the old best buy protection for life.. this new monthly is a money grab by the company and it did not grandfather the products that was covered by the old protection ... very disappointing

They don’t tell you. If you have to exchange your purchase under the warranty. They deduct a return fee.

Nice for the price, but is extremely hard to sync..

Its best so far and I like the product overall however.

Pricy but with the peace of mind. Wish I had before. They have removed some of the benefits they used to have.

I guess its worth it if you buy a lot of products from best buy and usually buy the protection plan. I'm not sure about having to re-purchase this every year to get 2 years of protection.

Good value, depending on frequency of use. Hard to evaluate this product since it spans 24 months. Pretty much an insurance policy rather than a service item.

Haven’t bothered with this yet but will in the future if the laptop keeps malfunctioning

If you don't protect your stuff it's good for you, otherwise not
