These headphones had a very short life before they stopped working. Returned to store and picked up the exact same one to see if they will last longer.

Since I have not had any of the computer items longer than a month, I cannot fairly review the protection plan.

I AM SOLD ON HISENSE TVS NOW ,FOR THE PRICE ITS PERFECT, BEST PICTURE IVE HAD YET ,AND THE Warranty is 2 years with total tech . By that time im ready for whatever new tech is out . Was impressed for the price . Definitely glad i added a sound bar and sub.

We have not had to use this service that I know of so I am not sure if it is a good purchase.

When you buy something from Best Buy they don't tell you that the warranty doesn't cover all things. Then you have to buy more coverage.

Pretty straight forward. Follow the guidelines. If you go outside 60 days no refund or return.

Cool that it covers new electronics that you buy. Not great that small check to see what the problem is had to be sent away.

The Best Buy Total subscription program is a total ripoff. If you extend pass the 2 year period. They charge you a minimum of $79.00 service call on top of your monthly payments and them limit the number of repairs to two per year. If best buy would sell reliable products it would mot be an issue, but most of their appliances are junk and break down frequently from normal use.

Because I am a member of the geek squad I get a lot of benefits and I really appreciate that

Claims that it'll cover any electronics, but it only covers those you buy from BB. I know it was too good to be true, but BB must be more clear about this.

It was good to have direct service when coming across and issue but every time I spoke to someone different every had a different answer

I have total tech membership, so I believe whatever products I buy, comes with this protection already. Not so sure about this, Sorry.

I really do not like paying for extra protection. But my computer was expensive so I thought I would be better off buying it for 1 year which the plan is very expensive

I was told by geek squad that I needed an updated internal hard drive, more memory. In doing so II was told by geek squad that I needed an updated internal hard drive, more memory. In doing so I brought it too the local geek squad and in the process, they lost over 25 years of videos and pictures that I had on my computer. I have an external hard drive that they said they could use to download a copy for me, but in doing this, they removed all pictures and photos from both my hard drive, internal and the external. Completely disheartening.

I was talked into ourchasing this membership being told that it would legthen my time to get a pricematch. I bought right be fore travelling to a place where there is no bestbuy store. When i called to get my price match I am told that I have to go into the store to get it but there is no store here. I was told I would not have to go into the store to get the price katch when i purchased this extra feature just to get tye price match. I feel cheated and lied to. I have always shopped at best buy for all of my business and computer equipment but after this betrayal I will think twice.
