For the for those of you who have not use the geek squad before they are great. What are you deal with him in the shop or set up appointment for your home they can get you through all installation issues.

I really did not need the service. Everything on my old computer seem to transfer ok..

I don't even know if this works. I had an issue with my earphones and they sent me to Apple to try to find a solution. Why am I bothering paying for this protection????

Perks like like free tv/ appliance installation, extended return policy, and total tech deals are completely awesome. And this membership can save you serious money. But. You may end up spending hours with unknowledgable aupport agents who will misinform you if it means getting you off the phone (feeling) satisfied. Wont go into my entire story again (bc ive already explained it to at least 5 different times with support agents)- essentially i had items come damaged, multiple appointments cancelled on me without my knowledge, and support passing me off from one rep to another resulting in hours on hold.. Pretty dissatisfying considering the amount of money ive spent with best buy over the last couple months. Still, if you’re willing to jump through best buy’s hoops, you can save a ton of money. Also, most of their in-store employees are pretty unknowledgable and unhelpful other than a select few. It’s not really the employees fault, but if im asking about laptops itd be nice to get more of a dialogue than them just reading the spec sheet available online.

This is my first Air Fryer. I am cooking for 20 kids and 6 adults (I have a home based school). I cannot believe the gain of time and how yummy is the food with this Air Fryer. Easy to use and clean

The fit was good but the tracker wouldn't stay connected

We have Total Tech Membership and receive rhe protection for our devices and acvessories. It has been an awesome program and luckily we have not needed to use it yet. But when we do, it is there.

I didn’t use this at all so there’s no point to it. They just wanna get more money from you.

You need to subscribe a yearly protection! Best Buy Squat is the best thing I have ever had and 24/7 they will help you if you have ever have any problem with your computer, TV and everything.

I can't remember how long ago it was the last time I thought "Nah, I don't need the protection plan." But I do know that I regretted that decision. When you need it, you'll be glad you have it.

I think it will be more expensive as you need to have an active total tech support every year, and membership for that is expensive.

Unfortunately this warranty isn't as strong as many. The reason it's offered so cheap and accessible is because it comes with a hefty service fee behind every claim. Please make sure this isn't the only layer or protection your product has.

I hope the coverage is there when I need it. I really don't know if it will be.

I really like the Total Tech plan that comes with the protection plans. Often times I would not get when purchasing items but have had to use it for a few and great to have it in the bank.
