    Insurance policy in case you need it. This policy as well as similar ones are over priced.

    I now use www.i-netcomputer.com Over the past two years I asked for help on maybe 6 different computer related issues. Zero zilch nada help for any of the issues. Level one technicians is what I got. 2 of which I could not understand without getting clarifications on the words. Finally soo frustrated to have to go in person to get a PSU for one HP system. I cancelled Best Buy Total mess and bought one for $13.45 including free shipping. Don't even waste your money.

    Not sure if the protection is useful because I haven’t needed to call Best Buy for assistance I always buy it when asked.

    Honestly, I wouldn't pay extra for a protection plan. Since it is free with Total Tech, I'll take it.

    Almost everything I have ever bought from Best Buy tends to have problems after two years, so it is just a waste of money, same reason I am getting rid of my total tech, more than half the time, even if it is within the 24-month period, they will not fix or replace, not worth it.

    SENT THIS BACK TO BEST BUY RETURNS UNUSED & UNOPENED & THEY SENT ME IT BACK OPENED & DAMAGED WITHOUT A REFUND. VERY RUDE TO SEND ME BACK AN OPENED & DAMAGED PRODUCT NOW I CAN'T USE IT & NO REFUND? SO I'M OUT -$29.99 THEY DON'T CARE.

    Lasted less then a year. Left joycon stopped working. Thank goodness for insurance I will be returning.

    I bought my wife a dyson air straightener and the battery would not hold a charge after 10 months. We took it up there to take advantage of our total tech membership and were told we have to pay the difference in order to replace it as the one we received was out of stock and discontinued. They had a different color in stock but cost more and refused to give us that one. Not our fault it discontinued when we only purchased it 10 months ago. Save your money. Feels like a scheme to take advantage of customers. They also outsource their customer support over the phone and it absolutely horrible. As a best buy member plus, I will be canceling our membership, closing out my credit card, and giving my money to a different company.

    Having Best Buy protection on my products is not an option and it is worth every dollar to have my product protected for two years with in store replacement and in home repairs.

    I was told when I bought my Best Buy protection that it covered my appliance and that the only thing I’d be responsible for was the materials cost of which I would get a 20% discount on that. I had a simple problem with the dispenser for the softener not working properly, I contacted the sport to have Someone come out and check it and was told that it would cost me $129 after discussing it.
