I see protection plans listed, but no clue given on what merchandise it is supposed to cover.

Good, but total tech cost is more expensive than just buying a new replacement.

Having Best Buy protection on my products is not an option and it is worth every dollar to have my product protected for two years with in store replacement and in home repairs.

I was told when I bought my Best Buy protection that it covered my appliance and that the only thing I’d be responsible for was the materials cost of which I would get a 20% discount on that. I had a simple problem with the dispenser for the softener not working properly, I contacted the sport to have Someone come out and check it and was told that it would cost me $129 after discussing it.

It's disappointing that there is no 4 year option.

When the protection plans are this inexpensive? Why not? Because if you don’t you’re going to regret it anyways and what’s the difference between nine dollars on a $200 item

Constantly receiveing notifications that they are keeping watch and notifications they are protecting my computer. Always sending me reports, appreciate their dillegence!

200 for only 2 free warranty exhanges is not very worth it.

they do not replace your it em if they can't fix it so this is worthless. was sold a 2000 dollar open box tv in 'good' condition and it never worked sicne day one, stuck with it now as a broken paperweight. could not return it to the store within time frame of return window because I did not have a truck big enough for it to fit in, just a little corolla, so it really is not good.

They find reasobs not to give you tge equivalent of what you had. Even when they don't have your exact modwl in their store. Tey to make mirw money off you.

Two year protection but the membership is yearly and not exactly cheap.

Looses connection to computer. Hard to re pair to computer.

Never have needed to use but always good to have just in case.

The Best Buy Protection is what everyone should have as it's the best back-up for problems that might arise or questions that you might have on your purchased product.
