Definitely a must have tends to occasionally come in handy although I’m not sure if it was worth the price

They don't honor certain warranty items even though it shows its under the 2 year membership warranty.

Haven’t had to use this as of now, and I hope that I won’t have to find out.

This was a rip off for me. For the price, you won’t really need it. If you need a protection plan go with cheapest option and take care of your things.

I purchased a PC from the Boardman location November of 2021. When I made the purchase I was also offered a two year warranty on the PC for $200 and I went for it. The PC is all of the sudden acting up. I am within my two year warranty. I go to the same location and their management tells me it was not a two year warranty, it was a one year membership. I told them there is no chance I would have spent $200 for a one year membership when the pc has its own one year warranty. I was told two year warranty. The app shows “up to 24 months” The manager says they only offer 3 year. The way it was explained is I was purchasing a two year warranty. Now that I actually need to use it, they’re showing their true colors.

I've got some laid out across my floor cuz I got these full hardwood floors and they're nice they're soft they're flexible and that way the floor isn't so cold.

I have BB protection on all my devices. It is a great safety net for electronics that are inevitably going to have some type of problem, the longer you have it.

I was never one to get any extra protection for my items. I am no longer that person. The fast and kind service you get from the team at Geek Squad are amazing.

we live 65 miles away from store, and needed 85 inch TV delivered. Purchased this to get the job done and add protection. Haven't needed it yet, and hope not to.

Total tech I highly don’t recommend! Every employee will tell you something different what it covers and what it don’t. I’ve had my pc worked on 3 times and when I got it back it still does the same thing and they supposedly tested my pc. It’s brand new and there trying to now charge me to send it off to get it fixed even know it’s under warranty. I’m lost on what is covered and what isn’t. The employees are nice just everyone has a different answer and again if I’m paying for a warranty why do I gotta still pay to send it off to be fixed when the warranty is still active? Also why are the employees not testing the pc’s like they say they are? Best Buy use to be so much better than this but lately idk what’s going on.

Disappointed, they had it two or more weeks get to best buy to pick up and geek squid tells me they didn't hook up a wire to my wife adapter wasn't hooked back up then he said never mind we have to send it back out. Still waiting for ot for it round 2

Did not realize the total tech also included geek squad computer services until recently. This saves me so much time from troubleshooting devices myself.
