My Best Buy Protection has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I have spent 2 months trying to get a stove repaired, but the process is a system of automated messages and call center employees who shuffle you back and forth. When using your Total Protection plan you must call a hotline to initiate a repair request. You pay a fee based on the cost of the appliance before scheduling the diagnosis. A repair ticket was initiated on June 8th. A tech came on the 11th. The part was delayed several times before we were scheduled for the repair almost a month later. I received a call to confirm that we still had our appointment. I received a text the day before and the morning of our appointment with confirmation. After taking off work another day, a cancellation text came at 11:40 rescheduling for a few days later. When a tech finally came for the repair it didn't fix the issue. We went through the process again, The same tech came to diagnose it again, and said it was the same part. It is now JULY 29th and we are rescheduled for August 6th to receive a power cord. We have taken so much time from work and been without a stove for 2 months, I wish I had just thrown the bad one away and bought a new one, or paid a reputable service company to fix it. With so many hours wasted and no return calls from managers, I strongly recommend saving your money and just buying a new appliances. With the cost of 2 years total protection I could almost buy a new stove.

Best buy membership is fantastic. I got this so that I can get protection on all my items for 200$. Plus free tv installation, we got 8 installed would’ve been 2000 instead only 20

I ordered this thing and it said it would be here in three days. After that I had to wait for four days. Then it told me to wait for a week. I have to say that While I do love Best Buy when I buy something at there physical location. I feel like there shipping is pretty lousy. But again, great item, just don't buy it online unless you're willing to wait.

Blade feels light, and smooth against the skin. Referencing the body, the face and any sensitive areas. The included guards help to get accurate hair lengths and precision styles. Awesome!
