What can I say about Geek Squad that is not already known they are a much worthy service and worth every penny for what is covered it is a no hassle type of coverage for whatever it is your purchase.. I would not walk out of the store without adding this to any of my products. Every year I religeously renew my total tech support agreement and take full advantage of the many benefits Best Buy offers. I'm at 7 years straight and counting ;-)

Bought a Dennon surround sound system that ended up going out on me. The product was sent out for repairs, and 6 weeks later was returned having been broken even worse in the shipping process. Was a little disappointed that it took so long to get back, and was broken upon return. The saving grace was that Best Buy gave me a brand new one (newer model year as well) in the box. They made it fast and easy to resolve the situation once they realized my product was damaged during shipment to their store from the repair center. I was also given the option to extend the warranty. The date of purchase shown is for my new plan as I accidentally allowed it to lapse. They said the coverage for previous purchases is still covered, so I didn’t lose the protection.

Great service, I have used it before to get items repaired and replaced with great ease.

I think it’s always best to get the protection warranty on any high value purchase. It takes all the pressure off of my mind if anything goes wrong with my purchase, knowing that it’s covered and there’s no questions if anything happens to it, it will be replaced or fixed. I’m very good with that. I highly some recommend anyone that’s making a big purchase like this get the protection coverage and warranty it’s well worth it. Plus they make you feel like a super valued Customer, when you have that extra level of protection on your purchases.

This is an excellent purchase provides great savings

I love having my Total tech member ship just so I can have all my purchases under warranty and knowing that if my laptop or computer break down I can get them repaired swiftly

I have this and find awesome, but I wish it was lifetime instead of 2 years or make it 4 years.

Best Buy Total is the best membership I’ve ever had. Can’t recommend it enough.
