My laptop lost WiFi for some reason Geek squad caught the problem just before my manufacturer warranty was over cost me nothing to send it out to get fixed if it can't be fixed I'll get either a new one or what I paid for it towards another one,..my renewal is up next week I'm definitely renewing my best buy total plus

A must have!!! Who doesn't need protection, easy to get

The peace of mind is priceless knowing that if anything happens to any of my equipment the store will replace it. They really stand behind their products. So feel free to buy anything that you need and don't forget to buy the total protection plan because it's worth every penny. Did you know that they'll even help you with things that you didn't buy from their store? There are so many perks that come with the protection plan, you'd be surprised. I highly recommend it.

Perfect. Mario Kart 8 is THE kart racing experience. Family friendly and easy for all to pick up but still challenging to master. Always fun. My 5 year old can play along with the added handicap settings to auto turn making it a great experience for the whole family. Nintendo has added a lot of extra content to include tracks from other titles in the franchise.

Not much to say. I buy everything at Best Buy for the protection.

I can't see my life wihtout this protection. Gets me tech support whenever I need it (on-line or at the store). I work from home to a computer down is business down as well. I also like that I have extra time to try out new tech.

I usually have coverage included with My Best Buy TOTAL plan, but if i didnt i would always pick it up. This has saved me multiple times from unplanned repair and replacement costs over the years. I highly recommend it to everyone!

I purchased a new house full of appliances from my local Best Buy store. Nice to see each in person before buying. The Protection Plan is cheap insurance for expensive stuff! I had zero problem when the dishwasher has a minor issue out of the box. Best Buy quickly sent and installed a replacement unit without any special paperwork or effort on my part. I had some questions about how to use some of the modern features in a couple of my other appliances, such as the surround sound system, and it was so nice to be able to talk on phone with a real person, all part of the TotalTech subscription.
