Doesn't fail me knowing that i need help on anything

I bought the Protection for my computer for a year. My computer malfunctioned and at the cost for 1 time repair, I thought it more ecomonical to opt for the 1 yr. protection plan. So happy I did, as 7 months later, I had another function problem and it was fully covered under the one year Best Buy Protection plan. Geek Squad did repairs on my computer with great results, Twice in one year.

Protection plans are a must these days! They have saved us a few times. Definitely worth the money!

Cordless keyboard and mouse in a duel pack. Enjoying them both also a nice added touch. My recent purchases have been an added plus. So glad that I have updated my equipment. The speed, clarity and working perfectly.

Does help with the protection as you won't have to worry about it.

The Best Buy Protection Plan has been an excellent investment for protecting my electronics. The monthly payment option is affordable, and the 24-month coverage gives great peace of mind. When I needed service, the claims process was quick and hassle-free - definitely recommend this protection plan!

This is the only "warranty service" that will not fight you and try to get out of their end of the deal. We have used this service on everything from headphones to TV's. But most of all printers. In my experience printers will always fail just after the one year mark. With this program you have 2 whole years to bring it back and exchange for in store credit. We will be members till they don't offer it.

I like to be honest in my reviews and I find it interesting that Best Buy lists this separately. The 24 Best Buy Protection is a great benefit -- I buy my appliances at Best Buy for this reason. As I have said in many reviews the Benefits are invaluable. This weekend I had a microwave replaced and hauled away at no cost. A couple of young people arrived 30 minutes early and were done in less than an hour. I could not wish for a better result.

Monthly Best Buy protection, which used to be much more is constantly being downgraded. I will say that the great thing is that they do honor the plan without question. If they don’t have the item in stock to replace it, you will get store credit. Takes the risks and Issues out of buying products; There are no worries. This is why I prefer to buy from Best Buy rather than Amazon. On Amazon once the 30 days passed, it’s nothing but issue issue issue, problem, problem, problem problem. Best Buy stands behind this product — so far. You have to read the fine print upon renewal to see what they removed

Again like stated that protection for my granddaughter Lenovo labtop was the best item and will keep her safe.

I was having issues with trying to retrieve a document on my computer that I had written about my mom. I really wanted to get it back, but was told by Geek Squad that it might not be possible. I let them try, but was convinced that it was a better deal to pay the $180 for the protection plan on my computer than what it might cost to find the document or fix my computer, so I purchased the two-year plan. I hope that it will be worth the money I spent. I know that it covers all of my devices as well.
