This is the 6th year that I have purchased the Tech Service program and have had to use is at least 3 times a year. It is a great money saver and will give you the best quality service available for your computer. Recommend it highly to anyone who has several electronic (computers, phones, televisions, e-books). I purchased a remote car starter for my vehicle and the plan even paid for the installation of the item. That alone was well worth the purchase. Tell everyone I know who is having problems with their electronics about it.

Geek Squad is a life line. We didn't grow up with computers and so much technology; they help us over and over again. Sometimes it takes too long, but most of the time we couldn't do it without them. Generally, we find them patient and willing to help, every so often their accent is too heavy to understand them, although that happens less and less. It is an investment to use the equipment we purchased. We've recommended Geek Squad to many people.
