It also included transferring data from my former laptop to this new laptop by the Geek Squad. I was very pleased that all of my data was carried over to my new laptop.

Quick support, hassle-free service, and solid coverage on accidental damage and breakdowns. For a small extra cost, it saved me big time. Totally worth it!

Great plan

When my old TV died and could not be repaired, they issued to me a store credit which allowed me to replace this TV. I am very well pleased with this plan and would recommend it to anyone.

Total Plan works well for us

Like the extended warranty on purchases and the repair and support services offered through Total. We had to have a laptop repaired and with the Total plan, it cost only the purchase of a drive. Also, the discounts and the cash back with the credit card make shopping at Best Buy helpful. Now, if Best Buy would improve their over the phone customer support, I would say they would be tops.
