The Geek Squad service is well worth the first year price. I had a year's "free" on-line service when I purchased my Desktop from another company. I have a Geek Squad appointment to repair the poor work done by that company so I can use files between computers as I did for years before. The Geek Squad rep came into my home and set up the laptop quickly and made sure the printer and e-mails worked. I appreciate that I can call with problems I can't figure out on my own. The only drawback is the wait for an appointment because they are busy and a lot of people in all industries aren't back to work yet during the age of Covid.

Love best buy, staff is very helpful. Always answers questions I have and if the person assisting me doesnt have the answer. They will find a representative that does.

I love this Best Buy Protection. It allows me more time to review an item and extends the return time from 30 to 60 days. Also the extended warranty is great if an item stops working for any reason. I will continue use it as I do more shopping at Best Buy. Well worth cost!

I bought the membership about a year and a half ago when I got a new laptop. I love the free 2 day shipping. I hadn't had to use it until last week. My bissell steam cleaner broke and I brought it back and got a new one. It wad very easy and quick.

We purchased a Best Buy Protection Plan and have been very pleased with the service. They spend time with us on the phone and in the store to help resolve our issues.

Excellent subscription service to get protection on what you buy. If you purchase multiple items throughout the year, this is worth it. I usually don't buy protecting plans on small items (even video game controllers though they are $). The cost of plans on every little thing can be costly and i have to gamble on if i think it is worth it to get individual protection. With this subscription, that worry is eliminated and i save money.

Has been great covering my Mac Book I bought, feel so much better and secure knowing that if something happens to it, it’s covered. Very glad they did this for me, I usually wouldn’t but I’d definitely recommend on things that mean a lot to you.

I made my money back in the first week or so after buying a new laptop. Well worth the initial investment. If you rely on your laptop for business or professional reasons, the protection plan is a big "yes".

I decided to upgrade my Escort Passport 9500 ix to the new Redline 360C and am happy I did. (I recommend sourcing installation cables for hard wiring it) On the same stretch of my HWY 280 Commute, I'm comforted to pick up Ka Band sooner than before, and the directional information I didn't get before is quite a relief. The 360c gives me plenty of time to drop from High Speed to 70 when I go by Smoky. Great Product!
