Did the math for the computers and other items I was buying and this worked out much less money wise for same 2 year coverage accounting for two years annual dues plus the major benefits offered by being able to have assistance with other equipment not even purchased at Best Buy…there’s been times I’d say that by itself was worth it, plus the extra discounts on items I think it’s more than paid for itself and definitely will over the next two years

Transferred data from old laptop to new one and installed and installed office 365 with no problems.

Best in Class. I love technology & a big Fan of Bestbuy. They have earned my loyalty. I never buy electronics from any other company & I buy a lot. For years of positive experiences in dealing with Geek Squad &I appreciate not having to deal with 3rd party. Accession is terrible, Allstate cost the same if not more & they don't offer what Bestbuy does. It doesn't make any sense to purchase electronics without an extended warranty.

Even though the plan has changed some over the years it is still a great addition.

Had a controller was experiencing stick drift. Went in to see if they could exchange it since it was under the 24 month warranty. Workers gladly took it, asking what problems the controller was having and exchanged it for a new one

Great service! They are quick and proficient. We had our fixed product back within the day.

The headsets are both pretty durable and of good quality, for the price its going for I'd say it's worth the value and a good starter headset for anyone whether it be on PC or console. Do keep in mind it is wired so its got a better connection for response.

I have been a Best Buy customer since they opened the first store in Tampa, Fl over 30 yrs ago, They have the best prices & protection plans in the industry. I'm a true Call of Duty fan...The Game is AWESOME!

Don't normally go for extended warranties or protection plans. Cause there's always some catch. But with the bigger priced items I've purchased. I decided to do so. Why? Because odd stuff happens. That's it in a nutshell! The service that I've received from the guys and gals and Geek Squad have been absolutely amazing! Think about this. One tv set, set up and delivery. Pretty much pays for itself! Great thing is willingness to explain the features of your products in human terms.

I have used Best Buy for all of my computer, aswell as electronic needs. I highly recommend it to others. Geek squad has helped me many times when i have had commputer questions or a need to have a computer fixed, or need an answer to questions.

Good plan, used twice. I have plenty electronics.
