Very great service provided to customers very efficiently and also the team always very attentive without a doubt the best best customer support tool BestBuy.

The total protection plan is efficient but when the original protection plan ends, you have to pay monthly even as a total plus member.

The sound is great! Best of all...I don't have to stick something in my ear and it feels very secure.

A few years ago, Bryan from the Geek Squad at Best Buy in Stroudsburg PA recommended the Best Buy Protection (tech support) and explained how it could pay for itself. It certainly did, especially when we bought a remote starter for the car and all the labor was covered by tech support. The same was for my husband's laptop that needed extensive repair when his screen got discolored with a big stripe down the middle on his laptop.
