Old gsp used to be amazing the new total plans are just scams tbh.

Fast and a little different from HP. Will take a couple of days to get the hang using a Mac.

This purchase is replacing my old one that lasted around 5-6 years before dying on me. Very reliable up until the very end without nipping or pulling. Tried a couple other products here and there and this one still beats out the rest for me.

I’m one who thinks you can’t have enough protection on certain electronic items and Best Buy’s service is pretty good. I used my protection plan on my kids Nintendo switch. On the week the plan was about to expire my kid dropped his device and the screen shattered which prompted me to turn it in on the plan. About a week later we had what looked like a brand new device.

A no brainer for folks with more than one device..plus I save on many purchases being a Total Member.

Thease guys are amazing. There knowledge of all the products is superb customer service is the best.

I have had this plan for many years now and I must say it’s been worth every dollar. I have not used it to its fullest but the once or twice that I have used it has pulled through just as it was promised and intended to work. Definitely gives me the peace of mind that I am covered.

After hours exploring 4K televisions and Best Buys terrific staff we finally chose the AU8000 Samsung 4K television. What a great TV for an amazing price. I thought my previous Samsung 55” HDTV had a great pix, but the AU 8000 blew it away with color and clarity with 4K upscaling. Hook it up to a 4K system and it compares to much more expensive sets from other brands. Highly recommended!!!

I now I'm not a big fan of buying insurance for products I purchase. Especially since the product depreciate in value in time. Some may happen early the product but if it doesn’t than the money you spent getting the insurance is now the same price as the product or the product is outdated. With BestBuy protection for 24 month offer a lot with the total tech package. It insurance this item and provide tech assistance with no extra cost.

Love the free installation and the addition warranty is great for the piece of mind.. with what I have bought and had installed for free . Total tech saved me close to 1,000 dollars . Highly recommend it

There are always those few times that you think I probably do not need to purchase the protection plan. Then it sometimes turns out that you should have purchased it. We have been those people. Now we get the protection plan with everything and have had to use it for some items. So, there has been some items that have been replaced with no cost to us and some items that could not be repaired that we get store credit to purchase another item.
