Best Buy Total is the best service plan I have had the pleasure of purchasing. It covers Geek Squad visits, repairs, consultations and, labor. I use it regularly to have my computers maintained and updated. I've returned an item that broke during use within the covered BBT period without complications. I highly recommend purchasing the Best Buy Total service plan

Best Buy’s protection plan is the best plan I’ve ever seen. I’ve been a Best Buy customer for years and no joke and I’m not kidding. Everything I’ve ever purchased from them that went bad or just didn’t work out. I had no problems in taking them back. I been with Best Buy for as long as I have because I do not like issues and they never gave me one when I returned an item that just didn’t work out.

I am so grateful for the Geek Squad program!! I am a senior and know nothing about this computer but if I have a problem I can reach them very quickly most of the time, but no matter if I have to wait a few seconds for a real person it is still worth It!! The crew are polite, understanding and very patient. All are extremely knowledgable, I just cannot say enough about them. I have had to use them many times and will continue to use them always.
