I sit in my basement and it lacks light source throughout the day and every time I come on video my image looks dull and dark. I have tried several high resolution webcams so far and none of them gave the brightness that I needed for video calls except this one. I highly recommend this product for anyone who sits in their basement for work and expect high quality contract and brightness for video calls. It has been 2months since I started to use this product and no complaints

I have tried to use the 'included' total tech coverage quite a few times now. The deductible is high, and a lot of times the repair takes 2-3 times to resolve. Plus the 2 year max then monthly can really add up if you buy more than a few products. The current format for total tech and warranty coverage just makes things complicated and painful. I do not recommend total tech, or the monthly warranty programs. If you item allows a higher paid single payment extended warranty (3-5 years), do that instead. Better coverage, not deductible and the techs even recommend it.

The protection plans cannot be beat! If anything goes wrong, Best Buy assists to make it right quickly.

After having Beats by Dre earbuds for 2 month s and experiencing a lot of challenges including losing them as a final issue. I decided to give these a try and I get less complaints about being able to hear me. I like the charger being connected one less thing to remember in charging them, they are inexpensive, and they work! Thats great for me. Had I known more about them I may have invested a little more and gotten the next pair up.

Being a Geek Squad Total member for my computer and related products is the Best as in best buy. I have this and previously named protection packages for years. It is becoming very popular as indicated by the increased wait times for the service. The wait is worth it considering other services require taking the computer into a service center.

It is more beneficial then trying to get geek squad protection and its just more convenient for bestbuy customers

Microsoft Surface Type Covers are some of the best keyboards in my opinion. While the one used with Surface Go 1/2/3 is a smaller footprint due to the size of the device, it is still a really good typing experience in my opinion. I also like that it folds pretty flat onto the tablet when not in use, making it a very thin and light footprint.

Best protection plan for the money. I've saved so much being a total tech member. Having all my electronics covered under this is the number one reason why all my purchases that I can make, are done at Best Buy. This was a great program to offer to keep customer loyalty and keep people shopping strictly at best buy for as much of their needs as possible.

I have had a lot of different warranties but this one has paid for itself. Part of the total tech membership is to get a to your warranty included with most of your purchases. The warranties by themselves are up really quick so I really have to find the value of having warranties or extend beyond the original manufactures warranty. Plus with Best Buy you can take it directly to them instead of having to deal with a warranty company or the manufactures customer service
