I am so happy i got the prtection plan!! My $800 dyson air wrap died like 3 months after I got it and I was able to switch it for a new one. All i did was hand in the old one and they gave me a brand new dyason air wrap. Luckily I pirchased the plan or i would have been out of pocket!

Its wonderful as long as you have the membership but if you can't renew it a year later then you have no way to protect your purchases, which I don't think is fair. They should cover items still for the 24 months or give people something else to purchase thats reasonable priced, to cover their purchases for the remainder of the time they have left for protection from date of purchase. This membership is just very expensive for so many households with the current economy.
