It covers everything. I have bad luck with computers in general, but I've had a horrible experience with Dell, which is still going on. Even though I'm paying for a similar program through Dell, I took one of the Dell's to BB because I knew they'd figure out what it was, and they did. Dell has been to my house 5 times, and I've had to send to their shop 4 times, and I cannot count the number of hours I've spent troubleshooting. This was a breeze!

Great product always getting electronics at Best Buy

I have a lot a tech at home and its expensive when its breaks down. I taken my laptop and my iPad. Because of the insurance i don’t have pay full price for some to fix my items. I recommend it. The insurance in Best Buy i buy covers all the tech which I bought at the store and they fix it. It’s not expensive because the insurance will cover 60 percent.

When I buy a product from bestbuy it’s automatically covered for two years and thats the best part I dont have to worry about getting coverage if its already covered

This is the first time I've had to utilize the monthly protection plan. I also have the Total Membership w Geek Squad. One day my ear buds were working & the next day they weren't. Went to Best Buy and was offered exchange or refund. The item was mailed to me & I paid for expedited shipping to get it sooner.

Got to protect your products. Some tech products are expensive and you need to make sure your tech stays protected.

Best Buy purchase protection is the best value for products that they offer. I always use it.

We have it through our Best Buy membership plan for all our apple products and can go directly to the apple store to get issues resolved or products replaced at no additional cost.

Don't do what I did! I missed the renewal date, so anything I purchased prior to the lapse is no longer covered! I used the coverage when I had it, so just be aware of renewal dates!

Totaltech coverage is truly the best. I never liked being pitched the additional warranty for the products I'd buy and each time it's the awkward conversation with the rep "no thanks, I don't need it". Well, now it's a bit different...it comes with it and everything that I purchase is covered! I've been buying more stuff from Best Buy just because of that. Even Apple products, no need to waste money on AppleCare!

Purchased this with my high end Samaung 70" Neo QLED TV. Installed the set for free along with free installation, of a second TV purchased at BB. Also 33% off relocarion of a 3rd TV at home along with 2 yrs coverage for another 10 items I've purchases at BB since I first bought the protection plan. Great value and benefit.

I think the protection is a must. I highly recommend. I know ppl may be iffy about insurance on the product because most places will sell you insurance and when you actually need to use it they put you through hoops. But no bestbuy geeksquad is the truth. You bring your item in either they will fix or replace. If they replace, they will load the amount on a gift card. Or if they can fix it if it’s fixable.

Sence i bud the extra guarantee i have ben able to replace few electronics when they start getting bad so is worth the year subscription if you decided to buy alot feom them or even for expensive tv or appliances

It gives me peace of mind and I love to add this to all of my devices
