Best decision I ever made. My tv once fell off my wall and because I did not have a protection plan it was a total lost of my part. This protection from bestbuy give me a piece of mind knowing that if anything should happen wi thing the time frame (24mo) all I have to do is contact them and they will take care of it. Also any other electronics that you buy from them can get enrolled automatically in the same plan. Do take advantage of that. It’s a great deal.

Always buy from Best Buy if possible because of the protection plan offered.Especially for phones - I tell everyone to buy their phones from Best Buy because of the protection plans. Many years ago I had my brand new phone stolen and am thankful I had Best Buy protection and not the one from Verizon, which has a high copayment to use

This is great to have. This give me a piece of mind knowing that whenever I have a problem with anything that I bought is protected. Recently I have to get my daughter's laptop key board repaired and it didn't cost a thing. It only took about 10 minutes and it was done.

Whenever I have an issue, as long as the warranty is active they don't ask questions for the most part - they just replace it and make sure I'm happy. No issues so far!

This absolutely pays for itself and ensures that your purchases are protected. I have had pricey items go bad and I was able to get the item checked and replaced fast and without cost to myself. I of course had already purchased the Best buy Total so that also offered me discounts excusive to members only.
