I have had an incredibly wonderful set of experiences with the Geek Squad since I purchased this plan and will certainly renew when due. Anything can happen at any time, and they are there when you need them. I'm old enough to remember quills and parchment, these men and women are light years ahead of me in knowledge and without them, I'd have lost thousands purchasing replacement equipment. This is the best investment you can make forany electronic equipment.

I love having peace of mind knowing that items that I purchase at Best Buy are protected with their coverage plans. Best Buy is easy to deal with whenever I’ve had any issues with my purchases. It’s also nice that they have my purchase history available along with the coverage plan expiration dates.

Besides Allstate they provide by far the BEST protection plans. Do yourself favor tho if your going to spend a lot of money especially if you get protection plans on everything like I do just do the total membership it’s worth it!!!

The Best Buy Protection Program has been incredibly good so far. I buy all electronics due to the Monthly Best Buy Protection Program saving and recommend friends and family because of it. But I do not agree with the new program. That extended the Protection plan if I do not notify you to cancel the plan you are going to charge me the monthly fee. That should be my call, not yours. So, If I do not request an extension, of the specific item you got you answer cancel it because the warranty expired. This is what I call the leeching tactic of sucking your blood when you are not looking or paying attention.

Totally the best service you could possibly buy could not go wrong spending the money once a year are putting it on your credit card to be a member of the gate squad they are

We have this service as part of our Total Tech package. It’s been invaluable. When we bought new appliances the service reduced the overall cost of the purchase, delivery, installation, etc. making it worthwhile. Unfortunately, we had to return both appliances due to defects but the coverage made it quick and easy.

I almost declined this offer but I am so happy I accepted. Makes everything so much easier by being a member
