Ive never have a problem with this protection plan, anytime i needed to bring anything back or get fixed they always were there for me, so far. So in my opinion, I think it's one of the best protection plans around. I purchase my items from bestbuy because of the protection plans. That's how much a great protection plan means to me.

Powerful enough to replace most flossing and easy to pack on trips. Reservoir is large enough for one cleaning.

I've have had to use the service plan maybe a dozen times over the past decade. The cool thing is that it is always handled professionally and with one exception, quick. That is a savings of time AND money and to me, makes it worth getting. Of course if you get the Total Tech (like I now have) you get the service plan FOR FREE so you know I'm going for that!

We love knowing that we are fully protected both in online services for laptop repairs. And also the convenience of taking in our laptops when we need additional services. We also love the ideal of having full protection of our big screen TV, air fryer, Google hub and ring devices along with Alexa 8 protection. This program has more than paid for itself over and over and moreover.

The Best Buy protection plan lived up to its claims and when i received a defective product I was able to return it and got a credit such i used toward a replacement. Staff was helpful and understanding.
