I had two problems with my computer. The issues for diagnosed and fixed within days. When my wife and I bought new computers, the service came out to our home and did the set up. I have a perfectly functioning old printer that the Geek Squad had to set up because the drivers did not automatically load. This service has more than paid for itself.

As a Total Tech member, I enjoy the peace of mind when it comes to purchasing small electronics and appliances from Best Buy. The value lies in, the more you buy, the better the value of the annual fee which is around $199. All of my kitchen appliances, home office electronics, son's gaming equipment, and daughter's iPad are covered.

I'm not one to purchase protection plans, however, I will say that buying this one is smart. You get two years for most or all products you buy and it's already paid for itself in the savings. And now, I honestly rather purchase from Bestbuy if i'm buying something since it will fall under the protection plan.

I have used this already on one of my first purchases, which required a return/exchange to a simpler model printer after the 14 day normal return deadline. SOOOO happy I have this. Now all are happy with more appropriate model. I have also found their team to be VERY supportive and respectful. Great model of customer service.

Stray was an amazing game. I loved how it made me feel like I was an actual cat. It was fun to be able to scratch things like a cat would. And also be able to knock things over and wear a bag on your head like a cat. Over all review was a five star bc it was a fun and an emersive game it kept me entertained for hours.
