The protection plan works great if you can take the item back to the store. If your appliance needs in home repair, you will pay an undetermined amount as the Geek Squad cannot tell you what the charge will be. You will be given a 20% discount however!

The noise-canceling feature works but will not go back to music afterwards. I see patients and the volume of the TV stops my earbuds, then when the noise stops or if I lower the tv volume, the earbud stops.

Shame on the manufacturers for not covering things that are defective. I’m sure Best Buy will cover things only if you have their warranty.

False advertising on bestbuys end- they couldnt even get specs the same on features and spec pages.... the spec on this bestbuy page are nowhere close to what this webcam can come close to.. Wow .. waited a week on shipping and now i see it caps at 720 at 90 frames at 4k - 30 it plainly shows on bestbuys features 2160p (4K) @ 100 FPS ---- logitechs specs for this same model 4K/30fps: up to 4096 x 2160 pixels 1080p/30 or 60 fps: up to 1920 x 1080 pixels 720p/30, 60, or 90 fps: up to 1280 x 720 pixels Dont waste your timew and money on this.. I KNEW IT WAS TOO GOODS TO BE TRUE at this price when the newer brio shows 4k at 30 fps

Worked well when functional. Purchased May 22….battery died Oct 24.

The wire on this vaccum is painfully small, it’s actually so annoying.

Bought speaker its is ok but not very loud and soud is not balanced bass sound more like twitters

Actually love the sound and comfort but the leather on the head band that holds a bar of foam for top of your head just came undone. It's like the glue or however it was fastened just came undone without much of any force. It renders it near unusable.

Sound is good, but I expected it to be a bit louder than it is.

It sat there syncing for an hour. Suddenly I got a badge for weight loss. 60 pounds in 3 minutes. It is so dimly lit you can’t read it. No you can’t adjust the brightness. Back to my trusty Apple Watch! Let’s face it, Apple owns THIS market too. #BIGOLTERD
