A: They led me to believe that the warranty covered any damages including accidental damages, but when my 75" LG television was damaged by my toddler throwing a toy they told me it wasn't covered. What's the point of purchasing an extra warranty if it covers nothing accidental. Be up front an tell the truth. False advertising.

A: Take back to the store. They may want to repair it or just give a refund.
Q: How do I go about submitting a warranty claim?
A: If you have the Protection Plan that Best Buy offers, they have a record of everything you have purchased, so you just take the product to Best Buy & submit the claim to customer service & they will pull up your account & thats pretty much it. If they can't fix it, they replace it.
