I used to think protection plans were just upsells, but this one actually makes sense. The monthly Best Buy Protection is flexible, affordable, and covers the kind of issues that real people actually deal with — power surges, random failures, accidental damage, etc. With how unpredictable PC hardware can be (especially with how hot modern CPUs and GPUs run), I feel a lot better having this. Customer service has been solid anytime I’ve asked questions. If you're already spending hundreds on hardware, this feels like a smart add‑on rather than an extra expense.

I've gone to geek squad a number of times over the past few months, and my experiences have been nothing short of outstanding. On my first trip i went in to have my laptop fixed, and although the damage was too extensive and they were unable to fix it, since they recommended Best Buy Total Care to me, it covered the cost of the diagnostic and all additional costs when the machine came back unresponsive. When i went back to pick it up, i was in need of a new laptop, and they provided me some great recommendations, and were also able to do a full data transfer for me to my new Laptop within the same day, completely free thanks to best buy total care, which at this point had paid for itself and more. On my most recent trip, they were able to assist me in setting up a full order for all of the parts i needed for my new desktop PC build, and even offered to build and cable manage it for me completely free, covered once again by total care. All in all, my experiences with Geek Squad and Best Buy as a whole have been extremely positive. The workers are friendly and sociable and i've had a number of enjoyable and productive conversations with them, and their help has saved me time and money in ways i never would have known when i came in for that repair all those months ago. I know i can trust them for all of my tech needs, and i will definitely be coming back again! Pictured below are the Laptop they helped me choose and the PC i built with the parts they helped me purchase, all with 24 month protection under Total Care (best recommendation ever!!)

I’ve been really impressed with the Edifier MR3 speakers. The design looks clean on my desk, and I love having the option to use either Bluetooth or a hard‑wired connection. They even include the speaker cable and RCA in the box, which made setup easy. Pairing with the app took just a minute, and now I use them for both my work setup and as a monitor speaker for my monitor to be used like a TV. For the size and price, they’ve been a fantastic upgrade.

I have the Sony XM5s and as much as I love them, they’ve broken on me in the same place at least 4 times now. When my XM3s broke (in the same place too…) and I upgraded to the XM5s, the team member helping me suggested I get the Best Buy+ membership for this protection plan. It’s saved me $2000+ dollars in what would’ve been irritating replacements for a poorly made product that I do still love many things about. Now I can look forward to upgrading without having to fear not being ready to. I suggest the membership to everyone I know just because this protection plan has been so helpful.

When buying expensive components like a new GPU or a laptop, this protection plan is a no-brainer for me. I really appreciate that it covers accidental handling—knowing that a spill or a drop is covered lets me actually enjoy my tech without stressing over it. Love this watch! I previously had a samsung active 2 and finally upgraded to this vivoactive 5 and love it. It still integrates well with my phone but gives me so much more data about my workouts, body energy, overall health and is still very customizable (different watch faces and metrics you want to see or not see). I do wish the charging was easier like my samsung was a magnetic flat charger and this one you do have to plug into the back of it.

This vibration plate is top tier! It’s strong and effective. I have used one at my chiropractor and wanted to continue seeing the benefits all week from home and this is just what I needed! Love the workout mode options but also the ability to change it and use manual mode to set it at your own pace! I wear size 10/11 women’s shoes and my whole foot plus some has plenty of room and I get to have just the right widen stance for my comfort! It says mini but it’s rarely large. However, it more than easily fits right under my bed so perfect for at home use!

Very good product I would highly recommend anyone get one if you want to save on your power bill only thing about it is that you will not be able to use the app for it after while and I would like to keep using that app to control my temp in my house when I'm away and receive notifications when it's running to long or when the filter needs to be changed but still a good thermostat to have

I have been very happy with the quality of the prints with this Bambulab A1 mini. It is also possible to change the nozzle (sold separately) to either print smaller, more intricate designs that require a thinner layer or filament or bigger drafts that are better to be completed in a short time. The software Bambu Studio is very intuitive and has all the settings needed for successful printers. The adhesion plate has an excellent quality. I would recommend this printer because is excellent and the percentage of printing success is well above 90% if you are careful with the positioning of the model and the slicing settings.

Glad I got it for some wireless on-ear headphones with fairly high-quality sound. Pretty complicated contraptions, and mine get hard use! Considering all functions (bluetooth, auto-connection, noise cancellation, easy call answering, great microphone, all with a minimum of buttons/controls) and considering the durability I need, I guessed there were things that might go wrong in two years, and I was correct. Bestbuy does a good job making the return or repair process quick and easy. Done in-store! I got a replacement immediately. It depends on the product, but definitely think about the value of protection versus the cost of paying for a whole replacement yourself. So glad I considered the risks and took the long view by getting the plan. (I'm adding a picture of the high-quality headphones that I use for many hours a day, as an example of a likely candidate for wear, tear, and/or failure.)

Yo, I just got the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, and I gotta say, they’re pretty dope! The new stem design feels sleek, kinda like AirPods but edgier, and they’re super comfy for hours—great for my runs with that IP57 rating. Sound’s awesome, with thumping bass and clear highs; I tweaked the EQ in the app for my hip-hop playlist, and it’s fire. ANC blocks out my noisy bus commute like a champ, and calls? Crystal clear, even in wind. Battery’s solid at 6 hours with ANC on, but I wish it lasted longer, and no multipoint Bluetooth is a bummer when switching between my phone and laptop. If you’ve got a Samsung phone, the AI stuff and high-res audio are sweet bonuses, but I’m on a Pixel, so I miss out on some features. Still, these buds are legit—probably a 4/5 for me!
