I really like these buds. They fit great. The sound is some of the best ive heard. The only down side is after awhile wearing them they lossen a bit. Wished they had ear wings to a degree. But not a big issue.

I like the service on the TotalTech, but not happy with the upcoming changes. Not sure if I will continue The 5 stars is the current service, not the future. Will say "NO" for recommending, as the service will be changing. Cost is high, but services will be taken away.

Loved my HP Envy until the screen cracked and the touch screen went haywire. I expected that the screen would be replaced and I’m not sure what else was wrong with it that I didn’t notice but they replaced my laptop with a brand new one instead

All my devices has the warranty. It a good thing because most of my devices start messing up after the 2 years and It covers.

I am so thankful the Best Buy protection plan is an option. I purchase all of my electronics through Best Buy and it never fails to purchase the protection plan. I am a TotalTech member and can't imagine not having Best Buy and Geek Squad by my side when my items go haywire. Thanks guys and gals!

These earbuds sound great but fall out easily so be careful.

This is a scam. I was told when i purchased this, that it would protect anything I purchased while I was paying for it. I just recently had a Playstation headset crack, and when i called them. They informed me that the protection had been cancelled. I wasnt told it was cancelled. I then told them ok, since i purchased it while i was paying for the protection, is there anything that can be done. thats when they informed me the protection had been cancelled. I told them the people that talked me into payingh for the "top teir protection" told me that even if it was cancelled if i purchsed the item while i had the protection then it would be covered for 24 months. They said no its not covered. so theres nothing that can be done. Its a scam and stuff isnt protected unless you pay extra to keep protecting it. Again I didnt cancel it, they told me it was cancelled . this was the first time i attempted to use the service.

I like this program because it has lots benefits for Bestbuy customers. I get special discounts and all of the tech I buy is protected with this warranty. I replaced a GE ice maker with no problems. Easy replacement at the store. I was in an out with my new ice maker.

We love having total tech because we get 24 month protections on the things we buy. It is so worth having.

we've really enjoyed this oven over the past year. we constantly use for make pizzas, fries, salmon & chicken. It is very simple to use. We really like have a door to open & placing in trays like a normal oven versus the drawer option used by most air fryers.

Sometimes a product might not last as long as you think. Best Buy protection has saved me money on several things from small appliances to big entertainment products. No need to go through the hassle and tedious manufacturer warranty process!

I can confirm that product does work as advertised. Broke a screen, they replaced a $2000 phone for only $99. Can not complain.

It's sometimes' said that money can't buy happiness...True,true..However it can rent it...Few things run as well as a Best Buy store,having been in them in Los Angeles and San Diego,as well..They are consistent in visible store functioning..Clean,bright,honest and consistent employees,Not to mention they they have all been articulate,too.Amazing,Best Buy
