Not having to worry about something breaking helps my stress a lot

I wouldn't have considered this but now there are just too many different players in every electronics field. The techs that came to install and set up the Sony TV were great. They took my questions without making me feel stupid, set up the dozens of options on the TV, and helped teach me about how to use the settings properly. Great help when I needed it.

Having total tech protection, even for tech items not purchased at Best Buy, provides enormous comfort for me as well as extra confidence in the purchasing process. I no longer have to worry what will happen if ... I know it will be covered. Not only that, but the Geek Squad accessibility and competence means I don't have to figure out how to do something all on my own anymore.

Doing some remodeling in my room and the dry wall dust was just every where you can literally breathe it in just standing anywhere. So i figured an air purifier should help with that and i took a risk buying this and man did it work instantly i can say within a couple minutes i can feel the fresh air.

I’m glad I made this purchase and the controller worked great. It made my gaming experience much more enjoyable and gave me a leg up on other players. However after only a few months of gaming, the controller itself started coming apart and eventually the halves were so far separated it was no longer useable. Best Buy was great and allowed me to return it under my membership benefits for a store card. I have not decided to purchase another one at this point, but likely will in the future, especially if they make it better!

Nice 2-year plan to have on all purchases you buy Best Buy as a Total Member. If you buy tech frequently, it is a good deal.

I purchased the Best Buy monthly protection originally for a big purchase like my tv but I have received great assistance in all areas. Geek Squad has always been a big help anytime problems would pop up. Best Buy has always stood behind my purchases. Great knowledgeable techs. A+

I came in a made a purchase of several items and the employees were very helpful in finding the items i wanted and when i visited the next time the employee went above and beyond to help in any way they could i will continue to ship at best buy for this reason.
